I personally felt that Bradburys story was more interesting than Skurzynskis story. I show his image that the slightest thing in the past might enormously change the future causing a chain-reaction that, in the book, can be a ghastly one to be an intrigue idea. This story left me interested in Bradburys concept and wishing that the story had gone on longer. In the story, Eckels uses a companys new invention, a time machine, to go back to a time when dinosaurs lived.
While there he made a small blunder that provoked dire consequences. Eckels death in the end caused me to feel sympathetic towards his character. any person has felt shame and remorse, at one time or another, after having made an enormous mistake, especially one that had been fear-driven. The mistake seemed infinitesimally small at the time, but proved to have a massive effect on the outcome of Eckels current world.
Although Skurzynskis story was an interesting read, I did not bump it as thought provoking or relatable to me.
