Insight Paper

This project was really a good run across for me since I was able to understand and experience how a realistic aggroup ciphers. At the beginning of the project there was a little friction when it came to modelting every integrity to meet in company to aim the tasks assigned. This was a challenge for me since or so to the technology apply during this project was new to me. During the first meeting with the team, I trust we had a good understanding on what submited to get done in order to execute the project successfully. integrity thing that I really like since this was my first meter working on a virtual team is that still as we would do on a search to face meeting we went over the different tasks and everyone gave their opinion on what need it to be done.
When it comes to role, I think that I did non persist and specific role since most of the times different team members would take the initiative when it came down to deciding who was going to complete what. My team members did a good job sending netmails with updates and questions psyche might have with a certain part of the paper.



I was involved in making close to decisions at one point in the process for example; when I hosted a web meeting I contributed to the breakdown of the tasks that need it to get done since a couple of the team members were not in the meeting we had to make a decision on what porting the could work on. I feel that most of the decisions were made as a team but I have to say that I personally felt close tohow guided by a couple of the team members in particular. I felt that they had a lot of experience in the field of project care and I am glad they were part of my team.
There was not any conflict in the team other than some technical difficulties with technology and time. At first I had some trouble trying to connect to web meeting as well as a couple of the team members, therefore, email came in handy.
