1. Organization Purpose (Organizational Mission, Goals and Strategy)
ECOLAB INC. mission is to be the leaders global innovator, developer and provider of cleaning, sanitation, maintenance products, systems, and plague elimination services. 2. The IS organizational structures and its rationale including org. chart:
ECOLAB Inc. was founded in 1923 and subsequently about 77 years of using the same composition processing procedure, ECOLAB, Inc. decided to bring the company up to the twenty-first century.
