Mans Search for Meaning was written in 1945 by Viktor E. Frankl, the join of logotherapy (the Third Viennese School of psychotherapy). Born in 1905, Dr Frankl received the degree of Doctor of medicine and Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Vienna.
