Introduction

This module will equip learners with a clear understanding of the capabilities of Microsoft Office applications and the benefits that these can bring to a modern crease environment. Learners will consider a play of typical business problems and will be able to relinquish the selection of a chosen solution. The assignment assesses your abilities in PowerPoint, Access, outperform and Word.
You have been commissioned by a mobile call supplier called EasyCall to build a number of IT solutions to address their business needs. You have decided to do this using Microsoft Office 2010.

EasyCall need material that will enable them to see to it their sales force to be effective communicators.

* Create a PowerPoint Presentation that identifies and describes the qualities of a good presentation. This should contain at least 8 slides, the last of which should contain a list of the references you employ in preparing the presentation.
