Hugo Chavez

Hugo Chavez Frias was born July 28, 1954 in Barinas- Venezuela. He was a military in his country and today he is the President of Venezuela since February 2, 1999.
Chavez initially calls for ever-changing the Constitution of Venezuela of 1961 in 1999, which achieved successfully. His ideas were always revolutionary based in Simon Bolivars ideas who suggested that America invented its own political system. Chavez spoke nigh the socialism and equality of life for all.
In the graduation exercise when he started to talk to the people, we can feel as he understood us very well. It was like he was integrity of us.
