Based on the results of employee self-assessments that were completed by Mark, Chad, and Stephanie one stinkpot conclude that they are every assets to the organization. severally of them brings a cocksure attitude to the bleed place with an eagerness to complete their work. Each of them looks to improve themselves and that adds to the value of the organization. The one liability that it appears each of them brings is that they seem to struggle with staying on task. They are each stellar employees barely because of this problem, I cannot recommend any of them for a supervisory piece at this time.
Mark is happy at work and prefers to work alone. He is keen and seems to be inspired by his work. He is intimately distracted if on task for too yearn so more frequent breaks tend to be utilizable for him. Overall Mark is a positive person that is ardent and good with people; he chooses his words carefully and doesnt rush into things. Mark doesnt understand others who dont seem to be as passionate and emotional as him, he needs to improve on this. Mark alike needs to be more open to working on a team; he prefers to work alone provided until he opens up team work will continuously make him uncomfortable.




Chad is a positive employee that enjoys his job. He seems to be cause in his current position and enjoys the work he does. He works well with others on the team and handles himself well in social situations. Chad does a good job of thinking all of his decisions through, sometimes with a tendency to overthink things. Chad also tends to be easily distracted when on task, and that is something that he needs to work on.
Stephanie is a happy person who seems to enjoy her current role, she always completes her tasks on time, unless she doesnt seem to be overly enthusiastic about her work.
