Edward Gein was born in La Crosse, Wisconsin on August 27, 1906. His Father, George Gein was an alcoholic who could never seem to hold deck a job for more than a month. Edwards mother, capital of Maine Gein was an overprotective and highly religious woman. She would often tell her sons that either woman, save her, had the devil in them and would openly pray to divinity for her husband death. Edward also had an older brother named Henry who died cryptically while try to put out a scour fire with Edward. The Gein family unwaveringlyly ever left their house except to visit the general store or to go to blend in because Augusta was convinced that all the people that lived there were evil. Finally, she got hurl of living in the city so they packed up and move to the small town of Plainfield. They bought a nice two story farm house and started a small farm just enough for the family to live off of.

School was hard for Edward he could never seem to make any friends. They all thought he was weird. He always had this sly grin on his face like he had some intimate joke that only he knew about.
