As humans, we own the innate ability to think. When needed, do we have the readiness to instrument critical thinking? While there may be many different ways of thinking for the decision-making process, three harsh ways are: critical, consistent and scientific. Critical thinking is utilized daily in the workplace. Choosing the correct way is dependent on the nature of the problem and the final decision to be made.

This skill is learned over time through proper readiness and experience. (Smith,2003)
