There be many issues that are bear upon courts and the administrator but one that will be credites deep down this paper is Juveniles court has always been know for rehabilitation and not punishment. The purpose of juvenile courts is to distinguish juveniles from vaingloriouss prime on the type of crime committed. Juvenile are slight responsible because of there age but juveniles are overly easy to rehabilitate. There has been a increase in juveniles who are tried as adults in unlawful courts, because the crime that juveniles are committing has changes for the worst. Even with the decision to try juveniles as adults in criminal court the outcome has done more harm thusly good to the juveniles system.
