I. Alex Sander is a product manager in the Toiletries piece of Landon Care Products, Inc., a cosmetics products company. Sander proceeds hard, is aggressive, and can be hard on her team up to try and ensure that the products discharge on time and stay on budget. Everyone in the merchandise Department at Landon is having a 360º performance review. She has expressed her abhor of this review process to her boss Sam Glass, who is the product root supervisor.
Alex Sander has been able to successfully rebrand two national scratch care products in just this year with Landon. In tell apart to achieve this, she has worked very hard and has pushed her team members close to their breach points. She sends e-mails to her team members at all hours of the night and calls them to outline, in agonize detail, the tasks that they need to complete. This makes the team feel unsure about the work pace she will set for the upcoming year. During a meeting, she allocates the team members an overwhelming list of tasks. When a member brings up the rationalise of other obligations, Alex restates the aggressive timeline for the project.
